Drive through the stunning Chianti countryside and step back in time in the majestic and integral medieval town of Monteriggioni. Continue to Siena where you can enjoy the Gothic architecture, local shops and products, the beautiful main square of Piazza del Campo, Piazza del Duomo and its magnificent Cathedral. You will have time to visit the city and enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch.
In the afternoon you’ll be taken to the World Heritage site of San Gimignano where you can stroll through the narrow streets of the town and admire its famous towers, sip a glass of their famous Vernaccia or taste their world renowned gelato. On your way back to Florence, we will stop at an historical estate in the heart of the Chianti Region for a wine tasting which will include tasty savouries and locally produced olive oil.
