Launch times are usually in the morning and some companies offer a traditional Tuscan breakfast to enjoy before your flight. Keep in mind that hot air ballooning is always subject to weather conditions and excursions will be cancelled if it isn’t safe. The best time of year for ballooning is from late spring to early autumn and, as baskets fill up quickly, advance booking is recommended.
